Digital Site Merchant

Job Summary

Supporting product launches and site refreshes, the contract Assistant Site Merchant will manage digital merchandising processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer experience in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute digital merchandising for specific product categories, ensuring accuracy in product setup and navigation updates
• Analyze site metrics and KPIs to derive actionable insights that improve the digital shopping experience
• Collaborate with creative and operational teams to align seasonal launches and marketing initiatives with brand objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or omni merchandising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools and reporting platforms (PIM, Browse, GA4, Tableau) is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
