Digital Software Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Managing and optimizing the software portfolio for OFSE Digital, the full-time Digital Software Portfolio Manager will oversee vendor governance, financial management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lifecycle of the Digital and IT Oilfield Service & Equipment software portfolio, focusing on SAP/ERP solutions
• Establish and monitor governance standards and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance
• Monitor software consumption and spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budgets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in vendor management or software portfolio management, preferably with enterprise software
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale software contracts, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively in a business environment
