Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, operations, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or post-sales leadership in SaaS
- Experience building and leading teams from scratch, including hiring and performance management
- Proficiency with CRM software and account health/analytics tools
- Strong grasp of account planning frameworks and customer success methodologies
