Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Digital Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client interactions with leave and benefits data to inform reporting and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with IT Product Owners and Agile teams to deliver user-centric digital solutions
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements within the client reporting ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a related field; and/or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in group benefits, insurance, or financial services
• Strong experience with digital platforms and client experience
• Demonstrated understanding of leave, disability, or benefits data
• Experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role in Agile environments
