Digital Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Driving digital initiatives for the Automotive Refinish team, the full-time salaried Digital Solutions Lead will manage Refinity operations, support the implementation of digital solutions, and enhance customer experience while working remotely or from Southfield, MI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a lead for driving digital solutions with customers and sales teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed on progress
• Manage Refinity operations, including user access, onboarding, training, and data maintenance
• Provide technical and operational support for field teams, partners, and customers, while developing training resources for user engagement

Required qualifications

• Solid educational background and relevant experience in the collision repair industry or closely related automotive sector
• Proven experience in marketing, product management, and/or sales and distribution
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and preferably Power BI
• Strategic thinking ability with experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital processes and their application within business and operational environments
