Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Digital Sourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
• Source qualified candidates through networking, internet postings, social media, and referrals
• Analyze applicant data and advise management on strategies to improve applicant flow

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience with an emphasis on self-sourcing
• Prior high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workday Recruit applicant tracking system is a plus
