Digital Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruiting team, the full-time remote Digital Sourcing Specialist will implement digital sourcing strategies, analyze recruitment needs, and evaluate sourcing effectiveness while residing in the Mountain or Central Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute staffing strategies to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool
• Source candidates through networking, social media, and job postings while advising management on strategies to enhance applicant flow
• Maintain tracking metrics and generate reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on self-sourcing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruit
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills
