Digital Strategist

Job Summary

To enhance digital narrative strategies, the full-time Digital Strategist Lead will coordinate and execute high-impact digital tactics, manage email programs, and strengthen partnerships while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize and execute digital tactics to build narrative power and engage Black audiences
• Lead the development of the email program and manage the digital content calendar
• Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and strategize narrative opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy within a values-based organization
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics software
• Intermediate familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms
• Experience in membership organizing and network development
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
