Job Summary
Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time remote Digital Strategist will create and edit short-form videos, contribute to social media strategy, and produce analytics-based reports to enhance client content and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form videos for various social media platforms
- Monitor and engage with clients' social media communities, responding to comments and escalating conflicts as needed
- Produce analytical reports based on social media and website performance, providing real-time recommendations to clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three years of experience in B2C social media strategy and content creation, particularly on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Hands-on experience in creating and editing short-form videos for social media
- Experience in community management and social media reporting, with a focus on analytics
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills for various digital content formats
