Digital Strategist

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time remote Digital Strategist will create and edit short-form videos, contribute to social media strategy, and produce performance reports while engaging with clients across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms
• Contribute to social media strategy and provide analytics-based recommendations
• Monitor and engage with clients' social media communities, responding to comments and escalating conflicts as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years' experience in B2C social media strategy and content creation
• Hands-on experience in creating and editing short-form videos for social media
• Experience in social media reporting and community management
• Proven ability to create and deliver polished presentations based on data-driven recommendations
