Job Summary

Driving digital growth strategies, the contract Digital Strategy Consultant will lead the execution of digital customer journeys for business clients, focusing on optimizing channels and improving customer experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital journey strategy and execution to enhance wireless customer acquisition and device upgrades
• Utilize journey analytics to identify gaps and optimize communication and offer strategies

Required qualifications
