Digital Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Digital Strategy Consultant will lead digital journey strategy and execution to enhance customer engagement and drive growth initiatives through various digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital strategies to increase wireless gross adds and smartphone upgrades
• Analyze journey analytics to identify gaps and drive improvements for enhanced customer experiences
• Collaborate with campaign teams to implement digital tactics that boost online engagement and conversions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of direct marketing and e-commerce best practices across digital channels
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and success metrics for campaigns
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear communication
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
