Digital Strategy Executive Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of the University's digital strategy, the full-time salaried Digital Strategy Executive Director will manage the enterprise digital ecosystem, enhance user experiences, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the University's enterprise digital strategy aligned with institutional goals and priorities
• Lead the planning, governance, and continuous improvement of the University's digital presence, including websites and user experiences
• Oversee enterprise digital projects from strategy through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, or a closely related field
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in digital strategy, web management, or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience developing digital governance frameworks and utilizing web analytics for strategic decisions
• Strong leadership and organizational management skills with the ability to influence organizational change
