Job Summary
Supporting innovative digital experiences, the full-time salaried Assistant Site Functionality Manager will drive the execution of site functionality projects across Sephora's website and app, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Site Functionality roadmap projects from planning through launch and measurement
- Assist in feature prioritization, market research, and A/B testing initiatives while coordinating project execution
- Analyze digital performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities, advocating for the client experience
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization strategies, and digital analytics platforms
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
