Digital Stylist Business Manager

Job Summary

To support one of Saks Global's highest-producing remote digital stylists, the full-time salaried Master Digital Stylist Business Manager will manage business operations, performance reporting, and team coordination while driving revenue growth and client engagement across digital and social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business lead for the Master Digital Stylist, overseeing daily functions and performance across all selling channels
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance and client engagement metrics
• Manage and support a diverse team, facilitating communication and workflow alignment to ensure a consistent client experience

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail, digital selling, or business operations, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets in a luxury environment
• Deep understanding of digital clienteling and remote selling models, with hands-on experience using CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools for data interpretation and decision-making
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a complex, multi-layered team structure effectively
