Job Summary

To enhance customer success in the post-sales lifecycle, the full-time remote Digital Success Manager will manage renewal processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and analyze performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Renewal Leaders to drive growth and execution excellence across the renewal portfolio
  • Analyze renewal data and performance metrics to identify trends and support actions that improve operational efficiency
  • Serve as a key interface between sellers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination across teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Experience in Renewal Operations, Commercial Operations, or Customer Success
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate processes and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within established processes while exercising professional judgment
