Job Summary

Providing service to members of the credit union, the full-time Digital Support Specialist will manage account openings, respond to e-communications, and oversee Mobile Deposits, with a hybrid work arrangement following initial in-office training.

Key responsibilities
  • Reviews Mobile Deposits to identify and mitigate fraud risks
  • Responds to members' electronic messages and assists with account needs via phone
  • Recommends credit union products and services to enhance the member experience
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Proficiency in handling electronic communications and mobile banking services
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes rotating Saturdays
  • Familiarity with financial services or credit union operations is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus
