Digital & Tech Associate Manager

Job Summary

Driving business growth through digital innovations, the full-time hybrid Digital & Tech Associate Manager will implement and maintain digital platforms, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a technical leader for store openings in Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile apps, and payment systems
• Serve as the escalation point for store support and lead technical initiatives for new store openings
• Assist with vendor management, including contracts, compliance, and asset management

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of tech implementation experience, preferably in QSR and digital technologies
• Proficient in POS and back-of-house systems, preferably with QSR vendors
• Fluent in English or Spanish
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and cross-functional collaboration
