Digital Technology Services Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Technology Services (DTS) Operations Manager who is analytical and organized to support the digital technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT portfolio reporting process, ensuring project visibility and communication with DTS leaders
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting to highlight project delivery and strategic alignment
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, while organizing portfolio governance routines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology or equivalent work experience required
• 5 or more years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or high-level executive support role
• Understanding of software development processes (Agile and Waterfall) and portfolio management fundamentals
• Experience with Excel and foundational accounting skills; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Ability to develop and lead cross-functional meetings and materials coordination
