Job Summary
Responsible for executing key operational functions in digital test administration, the full-time Digital Test Administration Specialist will manage registrations, oversee the administration process, and ensure the successful delivery of standardized testing experiences remotely for Puerto Rico and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track test administration processes, including digital administrations via the Surpass platform
- Coordinate the preparation of testing materials and ensure compliance with administration regulations
- Monitor task completion and maintain accurate records related to test administrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
- Three to four years of experience performing administrative duties
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with digital platforms or test delivery technologies
- Competence in Microsoft Office and document organization
