Job Summary

Responsible for executing key operational functions in digital test administration, the full-time Digital Test Administration Specialist will manage registrations, oversee the administration process, and ensure the successful delivery of standardized testing experiences remotely for Puerto Rico and Latin America.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and track test administration processes, including digital administrations via the Surpass platform
  • Coordinate the preparation of testing materials and ensure compliance with administration regulations
  • Monitor task completion and maintain accurate records related to test administrations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Three to four years of experience performing administrative duties
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with digital platforms or test delivery technologies
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and document organization
