Digital Thread Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To drive Siemens' end-to-end digital thread strategy for AI Factory and data center programs, the full-time remote Digital Thread Strategy Lead will manage stakeholder alignment, orchestrate engineering disciplines, and translate digital concepts into client-ready value across the entire lifecycle from design to service.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the digital thread strategy and aligning stakeholders around a shared roadmap and business case
• Translating digital thread concepts into practical workflows and scalable delivery models for clients
• Establishing Teamcenter and PLM as the system of record for lifecycle data management and traceability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years in PLM/digital thread, technical program leadership, or technical account/delivery management
• Familiarity with PLM platforms and engineering workflows
• Ability to work across global teams and align stakeholders effectively
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives
