Digital Thread Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Driving Siemens' end-to-end digital thread strategy for AI Factory and data center programs, the full-time remote Digital Thread Strategy Lead will connect engineering, simulation, manufacturing, and operational data across the full lifecycle, translating technical capabilities into measurable value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the digital thread strategy across design, build, commission, operate, and service phases while aligning stakeholders around a shared roadmap
• Translating digital thread and digital twin concepts into client-ready value framing technical capabilities in terms of risk, cost, compliance, and lifecycle outcomes
• Orchestrating collaboration across multiple business units and engineering disciplines to connect data into a cohesive end-to-end digital twin

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in PLM/digital thread, technical program leadership, or technical account/delivery management
• Familiarity with PLM platforms and concepts, particularly Teamcenter or equivalent
• Understanding of engineering workflows and product lifecycle processes
• Ability to work across global teams and align stakeholders without relying on formal authority
