Digital Transformation Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a key resource for digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Regional Digital Transformation Advisor will provide expert advisory support to the India team, focusing on transitioning manual workflows to scalable digital solutions and enhancing AI literacy, all while working remotely on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of current workflows and tools, advising on digitization opportunities and leading specific initiatives for implementation
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new digitization opportunities and maintain a transformation roadmap tracking progress and outcomes
• Coach team members on effective AI tool adoption, developing training resources and ensuring alignment with ethical AI principles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in digital transformation or change management roles
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, or AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Experience in designing and delivering digital training programs for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with the international development or nonprofit sector, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Delhi
