Digital Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

To support mission-driven organizations, the full-time Digital Transformation Consultant will design and conduct research, analyze data, and develop solutions to enhance client engagement platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand client goals and engagement tools
• Develop project approaches and solutions aligned with client objectives, assessing technology strengths and weaknesses
• Oversee both technical and non-technical components of consulting projects, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline

Required qualifications

• Experience leading projects at a consulting firm or digital agency, or within a large nonprofit organization
• Education and/or experience relevant to digital transformation and consulting roles
• Fluency in English
• Legal eligibility to work in the USA
• Ability to work during continental US business hours
