Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant (Workflow Standardization).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of existing IT processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization
  • Design and implement standardized project workflows and document process maps for internal communication and future assessments
  • Facilitate training sessions and support the adoption of new workflows while monitoring performance and suggesting further optimizations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related role focused on workflow standardization
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in workflow design and management tools (e.g., Visio, LucidChart)
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
