Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant (Capacity Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of IT work processes and identify gaps in resource capacity management
• Design and implement strategies for modernizing resource and capacity management practices
• Establish governance structures and reporting tools for effective capacity management across the IT organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related role
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of capacity planning and project portfolio management tools
