Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transformation - Insurance Agency Operations professional for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing insurance agency processes and map end-to-end workflows
• Define target operating models and recommend best practices for agency processing support
• Develop a phased transformation roadmap covering process re-engineering, technology enablement, and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry with strong exposure to North American agency markets
• Proven experience in setting up or operating insurance agencies
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and analytics in insurance
• Hands-on experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in North America
