Digital Transformation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Transformation to shape and lead digital initiatives in healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation engagements by advising healthcare leaders on enterprise digital roadmaps and transformation plans
• Create and operationalize playbooks for transformation, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Act as a thought leader and internal partner, supporting business development and mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, digital strategy, or transformation consulting
• Experience on both client-side and vendor-side, ideally in healthcare organizations and agencies
• Deep understanding of healthcare consumerism, MarTech ecosystems, and CRM platforms
• Proven success in leading complex transformation engagements or large-scale digital initiatives
• Familiarity with systems like Epic, Salesforce, or Adobe is a plus
