Digital Transformation Expert

Job Summary

Acting as a key bridge between business strategy and digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Digital Transformation Expert will manage the Apparatus Program Management Team, focusing on defining and executing digital strategies, optimizing processes, and driving the adoption of digital solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary digitalization champion, translating business needs into actionable digital solutions and defining the digital strategy for the PMO
• Drive process optimization by developing the PMO digital footprint roadmap and implementing automation tools aligned with business strategy
• Project manage digital solution implementations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and community building among digital change agents

Required qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or 4+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation within the electrical products industry
• Proficiency in low-code digital tools (e.g., Tableau, Knime, Mendix) and ERP systems (SAP)
• Experience with Agile execution frameworks and managing multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with product manufacturing industry and complex program management
