Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and digital transformation projects for HME Providers
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered features and guide customers in adopting these capabilities
• Consult with HME Provider leaders to modernize workflows and build transformation partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech
• Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms
• Experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps
• Familiarity with AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
