Job Summary
Coordinating software development and operational improvement initiatives, the full-time Digital Transformation Project Manager will manage project schedules, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive accountability in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for multiple initiatives
- Track action items and facilitate regular status meetings to ensure project commitments are met
- Prepare project status reports and maintain dashboards to communicate updates and risks to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of project management experience in the software field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience coordinating software development, AI, automation, or systems integration projects
- Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to improve business outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred
