Job Summary
Coordinating and driving software development and operational improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Digital Transformation Project Manager will manage project schedules, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating multiple software and automation initiatives
- Track action items and project commitments, facilitating regular status meetings and addressing delays proactively
- Prepare project status reports and maintain dashboards to communicate updates and risks to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of project management experience in the software field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience coordinating software development, AI, automation, or systems integration projects
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet
- Demonstrated experience using AI or automation to improve efficiency and business outcomes
