Digital Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Transportation Coordinator to manage parcel delivery processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to internal systems
• Handle guest-requested address reroutes to ensure timely resolution of escalations
• Collaborate with guest services to address and resolve transportation issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment
• Proficiency in SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred
• Experience in vendor/carrier management and process improvement is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable with learning new software and systems
