Digital Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Triage Registered Nurse (Overnight Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications
• Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care
• Assist in the development of processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage

Required Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2+ years of experience in clinical triage, preferably in ER or primary care
• Active Nurse License Compact (NLC) and RN license(s) in specific states are a plus
• Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and complex medical conditions
• Experience in high acuity clinical environments is a plus
• Experience in geriatrics and bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
