Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Digital User Experience Manager will provide direction and leadership to enhance operational stability and associate experience through digital transformation, project management, and technology implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Set the vision and culture for the Digital User Experience team while managing performance and development of staff
- Oversee architecture and support for endpoint technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management systems
- Drive strategy and innovation by identifying opportunities to modernize and automate processes across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience; 7+ years of management experience in Cloud Infrastructure and endpoint management
- Solid knowledge of cloud-based systems (M365 and AWS) and enterprise networking concepts
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ITIL best practices and Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and metrics-driven reporting
