Digital UX Consultant

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining enterprise design systems, the full-time Digital UX Consultant will create component libraries and style guides while collaborating with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Define standards for typography, colors, spacing, and UI components
• Document component usage guidelines and best practices, ensuring adherence to accessibility requirements

Required qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in designing and scaling enterprise design systems
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, and Design Tokens
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers on design implementation
• Ability to review designs and applications for consistency and adherence to design standards
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility requirements
