Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital UX Designer - Commerce Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to represent user needs and define UX scope
• Create user-centered designs including flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while conducting user testing and analysis
• Map customer journeys to enhance conversions and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX or product design experience with a focus on web-based commerce
• Proficient in Figma for creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers
• Experience optimizing eCommerce journeys for growth and retention
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and task management in JIRA
