Job Summary
Leading the Digital Web Team, the full-time Manager of Digital Web Services will oversee website initiatives for the Child Welfare Information Gateway, ensuring compliance with Federal requirements and enhancing user experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Digital Web Team initiatives, managing project schedules and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with other managers to align strategies and improve workflows across teams
- Supervise a team of Web Specialists, supporting ongoing website operations and content development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, information science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in client management, project management, or web content management
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience across technical and content-related domains
