Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Digital Workplace Administrator will serve as the primary system administrator for Atlassian Cloud and Google Workspace platforms, focusing on configuration, optimization, and user training to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and governance of Atlassian Cloud tools and Google Workspace, ensuring effective use across the organization
- Design and optimize IT service management solutions using Jira Service Management, including workflows and customer portals
- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support staff in utilizing digital workplace tools effectively
Required qualifications
- Deep proficiency in administering Atlassian Cloud tools, including Jira Software and Confluence
- Strong expertise in managing Google Workspace at the organizational level
- 4-6 years of experience in system administration or SaaS platform management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in project management
