Job Summary
Owning the digital backbone of employee experience, the full-time remote Digital Workplace Automation Specialist will manage IT provisioning and support, user access management, and design AI-powered automations to enhance non-clinical team workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end device and account provisioning for new hires and provide day-to-day IT support for staff
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to streamline repetitive workflows across non-clinical teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map current manual workflows and implement automations, tracking their impact on efficiency
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated technical experience in IT support or digital operations, preferably in a remote-first environment
- Working knowledge of IT fundamentals, including device management and SaaS administration
- Experience building AI-powered automations or workflows that address real business problems
- Strong self-starter with the ability to execute hands-on tasks while planning for medium-term automation strategies
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of creating clear documentation for non-technical audiences
