Digital Workplace Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a DWS Device Experience Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client consulting engagements for Digital Workplace, including workshops, assessments, strategies, and solution implementations
- Analyze clients' current states and design solutions that enhance user experience and drive technology adoption
- Manage consulting engagement teams and articulate findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience as a lead or senior consultant in Digital Workplace technologies
- 8+ years of experience delivering consulting engagements with expertise in VDI and/or DaaS products
- Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) implementation and configuration
- Expertise in modern configuration and management of major end-user operating systems
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
