Digital Workplace Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Workplace & Collaboration Engineer (f/m/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, select, and define global AV technology standards for the organization
• Collaborate with regional IT managers to implement and ensure adherence to global AV standards
• Provide expert AV consultation and preparation for company-wide events and high-profile executive meetings

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AV over IP principles (Dante, AES-67, HDMI Tx/Rx systems)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Proficiency in O365 administration, specifically with resource calendar management
• Deep knowledge of the current AV market and key technologies
• Strong negotiation skills for managing contractors and vendors effectively
