Digital Writer and Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Writer and Editor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce compelling written content and reports to steward major donors
• Write newsletter articles and email appeals to convey the technical aspects of the organization's work and reach fundraising goals
• Manage the process of writing and compiling major reports and marketing publications, as well as writing and editing website copy to convert visitors into donors

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience writing about conservation concepts effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across departments and ensure accuracy in final copy
• Interest in learning about fundraising writing
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for the organization's mission and core values
