Digitization Project Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Digitization Project Manager, the successful candidate will manage the delivery of complex utility engineering projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality digitization of subsurface utility records into actionable insights for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert-level markup, interpretation, and guidance on complex utility engineering records
• Conduct rigorous QA/QC on digitized deliverables to ensure accuracy before delivery
• Manage and lead delivery-focused teams to complete utilities research projects, including scheduling and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil design, subsurface utilities engineering, and utilities mapping
• Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and project management software
• Strong problem-solving skills with a process builder mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and constructively
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to support team efforts
