Diligence Advisor in Critical Minerals

Job Summary

To support a focused commercial diligence project, the contracted Diligence Advisor in Critical Minerals will provide expert insights on sourcing and procurement in the high-performance metals supply chain, working remotely with a confidential client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert perspective on the structure and commoditization of the prime materials sourcing market for critical minerals
• Assess supplier-base dynamics and the evolution of relationships between suppliers and OEM/producer customers
• Participate in expert calls and written Q&A sessions with the diligence team

Required qualifications

• Experience in a lead procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role focused on critical minerals for high-performance/specialty metals production
• Background in a specialty metal or superalloy production company or a downstream OEM
• Direct knowledge of sourcing materials such as nickel, titanium, cobalt, and tungsten
• Strong understanding of supplier markets, pricing dynamics, and customer switching behavior
• Ability to engage professionally under a confidentiality agreement
