Diligence QC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence QC Analyst II (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews completed by Loan Review Analysts
• Provide real-time feedback on loan errors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop expertise in client guidelines and assist with loan review system testing

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with mortgage due diligence software is a plus
