Diligence QC Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Diligence QC Analyst III (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to Loan Review Analysts
• Ensure regulatory compliance, identify error trends, and escalate issues to management
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to staff on underwriting and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
• Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements
• Ability to analyze loan servicing documentation and produce underwriting reports
• Bachelor's degree preferred
