Job Summary

A company is looking for a Happiness Engineer (Diocesan and Enterprise Solutions Account Manager) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for enterprise/diocesan level accounts
• Provide excellent customer support and build relationships with church leaders and organizations
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate insights to improve tools and services

Qualifications

• Loves interacting with people and is tech-savvy
• Experience working with Catholic dioceses and managing VIP accounts
• Aware of the latest church database and communication tools
• Ability to think creatively and implement solutions for partnerships
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
