Job Summary

Managing all aspects of direct bill payments, the full-time or part-time Direct Bill Specialist will reconcile statements, post payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile billing statements and post payments accurately
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to billing inquiries from clients and carriers
• Maintain accurate financial records to support the agency's financial integrity

Required qualifications

• Basic knowledge of AMS360
• One year of insurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
