Job Summary

To support client needs, the full-time Direct Hire Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for direct hire positions while working remotely, with a requirement to be based in Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, or Wichita.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client intake calls to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting plans
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for client positions
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and company guidelines throughout the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant business experience
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruitment and placement
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and maintain candidate pipelines
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and follow-up processes
